Phenomenon: the middle feeding hole on the edge of the cuff fluff.

Reasons: cloth in the installation hole flange workers do not have flange mounted in place or there is no flange screws tightening caused by the gap between the flange and filter cloth too, in the material in room filled with filter plate, and the upper end of the filtered water in down to the water outlet is at the junction of the part of the water directly through the gap impact to the hole at the upper end of the sleeve and a filter cloth, cause cuff on the edges of the raising or directly washed out.

Solution: the installation process must be put in place after the cloth in the flange installed. Otherwise it will greatly increase the cloth damage rate and reduce the service life of the filter fabric.　

Phenomenon: the hole is broken above.

Reasons: 1. Bad place the filter plate may have burr. Discharge in the surface of the filter cloth does not unload clean, again compacting feeding when the place not sealed. The material may be hard particles.

Solution: when using the new filter plate must check the filter plate is smooth, the discharge must be unloaded clean, it can prolong the service life of the filter cloth, cost savings.
