Z series of industrial filter cloth

1. Sphere

This standard stipulates for the requirements of Z series of industrial filter cloth like experiment method, mark, packing, transportation and storage.

2. Standardized citations

The following articles are standardized: all correction sheets after all citations with dates do not use this standard. However, it is encouraged that the latest version is used according to this standard. As for all citations without dates, the latest version is applicable to this standard.

6. Inspection Principles

6.1 Inspections before leaving factory

6.1.1 The filter cloth is delivered in piece. One piece is more than 10min length. Note: if the length of one piece is less than 10m and more than 5m, it stands for major zero: less than 5m, minor zero.

6.1.2 All articles will be inspected before released to the market about exterior and breadth deviation.

6.2 Mode inspection

6.2.1 It is launched under one of the following circumstances.

a) During inspection on trial production of new products

b) When production resumes after suspension for more than half year

c) In case product’s performance is affected with change of material and technology

d) When required by national quality control and inspection departments

6.2.2 Items of mode inspection are all the items required by this standard.

7. Mark, packing, transportation and storage

7.1 Mark

The products should have quality certificate an product label, marking product name, specification, manufacturer’s name and address, production number, standard serial number, inspector number and production date.

7.2 Packing

Filter cloth is packed by plastic film and plastic weaving bag, according to negotiations of both sides.

7.3 Transportation

Transportation of filter cloth should avoid clash and friction. Hooking is forbidden.

7.4 Storage

Filter cloth should be stored in dry and ventilation places. Direct sunlight, moisture and fire should be avoided. It should be placed 20cm above ground.
